DCS控制系统在常村煤矿选煤厂集中控制中的应用

Application of DCS control system in centralized control at Changcun coal preparation plant

为解决常村煤矿选煤厂集中控制系统存在的问题,采用DCS控制系统对常村煤矿选煤厂原PLC系统进行了改造。文章介绍了DCS系统的组成、结构、工作原理及应用效果,生产实践表明此次DCS系统改造是成功的。

To solve the problem existed in centralized control system in Changcun coal preparation plant,the reform was done on original PLC system with DCS system in Changcun coal preparation plant.This paper also introduced the composition,structure and working principle of DCS system.The application result of the DCS system proved that the reform is successful.
