金川粗骨料级配与强度分析 被引量:14

摘要 通过对粗骨料级配的研究与应用现状分析,指出可应用泰波(Talbol)法对矿山粗粒级充填骨料的级配进行分析和优化,并对金川矿区破碎废石集料和戈壁粗砂的级配进行了分析。强度正交试验表明:相同水泥用量和质量浓度条件下,骨料的堆集密实度越大,则试块强度越高。相同水泥用量条件下,随水灰比的减小,试块强度显著增大。相同浓度条件下,灰砂比越大则强度越高。混合骨料与单一骨料比,随水灰比增大,强度并没有因水泥用量减小而急剧降低,因此骨料级配对强度的影响非常明显,需要优化灰砂比。 Based on the research and application status analysis of concrete aggregate gradation, it is pointed out that the Talbol method can be applied to carry on the aggregate gradation analysis and optimization of mine coarse filling, and an analysis is carried on to the broken waste rock aggregate and the Gobi coarse sand gradation of the JinChuan mining area. According to the intensity orthogonal test, the results show that: under the same con- dition of cement dosage and concentration, the bigger the aggregate accumulation density is, the higher strength of test block is. And under the condition of same cement dosage, with the decrease of water cement ratio, the strength of test block increase observably. Under the condition of same concentration, the bigger the sand ratio is, the high- er strength of test boek is. Compared with single type of aggregate, with the increasing of water cement ratio, the strength of mixture aggregate does not decrease dramatically due to the cement dosage dropping, thus the impact of aggregate gradation to the strength is very observant and the cement sand ratio should be optimized.
