摘要
国内对工作倦怠的研究主要涉及服务性行业,现以80后企业员工为研究对象,通过问卷调查、数据分析,旨在了解80后员工工作倦怠的现状以及主要影响因素,并结合研究给出建议。
The research on job burnout mainly involves the service industry. The study is based on the post 80＇s for research object with the questionnaire survey and analysis of data. The purpose is to understand the job burnout and its influencing factors among post 80＇s employees, and also give the suggestions to the enterprises.
