摘要
在激烈的市场竞争与国际大环境的变革中,烟草商业企业要想提升市场占有率,就要依靠团队通过提高服务质量来满足消费者的需求。本文结合目前烟草营销团队的现状,提出了建设高效服务型团队的几个实现途径,并对高效服务型营销团队客户经理所具备的能力进行了分析。
In the fierce market competition and international environment , the tobacco business enterprises wants to increase market share, it is necessary to rely on the team to improve service quality in order to meet consumer demand. This paper came up with several realization approaches of creating efficient service-oriented marketing team of account managers and analysed the ability of efficient service-oriented marketing team of account managers from the status of the tobacco marketing team.
