骨松宝胶囊质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard for Gusongbao Capules

目的建立骨松宝胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TCL)法对骨松宝胶囊进行鉴别,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定其有效成分含量。结果 TCL法可鉴别与川芎、淫羊霍、知母对应的斑点。HPLC法可测定淫羊霍苷的含量。结论所建立的方法操作简便、重复性好,可用于骨松宝胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish a quality standard for Gusongbao Capules. Methods The TLC method was adopted to identify Gu songbao Capules and the HPLC method was used to determine its effective components. Results The relevant spots of Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Folium Epimedii, and Rhizoma Anemarrhenae were identified by TLC and the content of icariin was determined by HPLC. Conclusion The established method of the quality standard is easy and simple to operate with good reproducibility, and can be used to the quality control in Gusongbao Capules.
