摘要
目的建立测定甘桔冰梅片中桔梗皂苷D含量的高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(26∶74),流速为1.0 mL/min;Waters 2424型蒸发光散射检测器,漂移管温度为85℃,气体流速为2.9 SLPM/min。结果桔梗皂苷D进样量在0.952~11.900μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 2),平均回收率为98.82%,RSD=1.74%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法测定甘桔冰梅片中桔梗皂苷D的含量准确、可靠、操作简便。
Objective To determine the kikyosaponin D content in Ganjie Bingmei Tablets by HPLC evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) method. Methods The analytical column was Diamonsil Cls column (200 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 μm), with acetonitrile water(26 : 74) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The Waters 2424-ELSD was adopted for detection. The drift tube temperature was 85 ℃ and the gas flow rate was 2.9 SLPM/min. Results The sample size of kikyosaponin D in range of 0.952-11. 900 μg showed good linear relationship ( r = 0. 999 2). The average recovery rate was 98.82%, RSD = 1.74% ( n = 6). Conclusion This method for determining the kikyosaponin content is accurate, reliable and easy to operate.
