摘要
目的建立桑叶配方颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对桑叶配方颗粒进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对桑叶配方颗粒中的芦丁进行含量测定。结果定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显,专属性强;高效液相色谱法能进行芦丁的含量测定,芦丁进样量在0.184 8~0.924 0 mg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为99.77%(RSD=1.53%,n=6)。结论所用方法可行,重复性好,能有效控制该中药配方颗粒的质量。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Sangye Dispensing Granules. Methods Sangye Dispensing Granules was qual itatively identified by TLC. The content of rutin in this preparation was determined by HPLC. Results The chromatographic characteris tics for TLC identification were distinct and highly specific. The rutin content could be determined by HPLC. The linear relationship of rutin was in the range of 0. 184 8 0. 924 0 rag( r=0. 999 6). The average recovery rate was 99.77% (RSD = 1.53%, n =6). Conclusion The used method is feasible with good reproducibility and can control the quality of the Chinese medicine dispensing granules effectively.
