摘要 通过对国外风险矩阵和个体风险研究,同时结合国内相关法律法规和企业事故管理规定,首次提出风险矩阵制定的依据,为企业行业制定风险矩阵提供理论基础,并制定出适合自身企业的风险矩阵。将HAZOP分析方法与风险矩阵相结合,提出"HAZOP+风险矩阵"组合技术,并采用该组合技术对精对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置氧化反应器单元的危险与可操作性问题进行系统分析,识别出装置中存在的过程安全问题并提出建议,对整个装置重大工艺安全事故的预防和安全平稳运行起到重要作用。 Based on the research of foreign risk matrix and individual risk, meanwhile combining with relevant do- mestic laws and regulations and enterprise accident management provision, fundamental basis of risk matrix which provided the theoretical basis for enterprise was firstly given in this paper. By combining HAZOP analysis method and risk matrix, HAZOP-risk matrix combination technique was advanced, and it was used to analyze systematically hazard and operability problems for oxidation reactor unit of pure terephthalic acid (PTA) facility. Additionally, the process safety problems of the facility were identified and some suggestions were given, which played an impor- tant role for major process safety accident prevention and smooth operation.
