回应革命与改革:土地制度变迁动力分析

An Analysis of Dynamic Force of Land System Change: Taking Three Changes of Land System during Cooperative Period for Instance

回顾合作化时期中国土地制度的三次变迁,可以发现对革命与改革的回应构成了土地制度变迁的核心动力。革命与改革分别应对当时社会发展的两大任务即国家政权建设和向工业化国家的转变,土地制度变迁则是为了更好地实现革命与改革的既定目标。而以往从经济层面展开的土地制度变迁则缺乏对制度变迁政治动力和社会核心命题的关注,因此以往研究强调的制度不经济和低效率并不足以成为推动制度变迁的充分条件。从革命的世纪到去政治化的世纪,土地制度变迁始终绕不开政治命题的影响,所以要强调重返政治分析的土地制度研究。

Looking back the three changes of land system during the cooperative period,it is found out that responding to revolution and reform is the core force of land system change.Revolution and reform respectively correspond to two major tasks,which are the construction of state power and transformation agricultrial country into industrialized country,In order to realize the determined goal of revolution and reform,the changes of land system are implemented.The previous land system has the shortcomings of high cost and low efficiency because it is short of concern about the political force and core theme of society.When the lands system changes from revolutionary era to depoliticalized era,it always focuses on the impact of political theme.Therefore,it is necessary to reemphasize the research into land system from the perspective of political analysis.
