摘要
依据联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC)碳排放计算指南中的计算公式,计算了长三角地区1990—2009年间CO2排放量,对比分析了江浙沪三省市的碳排放总量、排放强度、人均排放量等指标。结果表明:自1990年以来,长三角地区CO2排放总量、人均碳排放量不断攀升,碳排放强度逐年减小,但区域之间仍存在较大差异;江苏的碳排放总量高于浙江,上海最低,且江浙两省碳排放总量增长速度最快;江苏年均CO2排放强度高于上海,浙江最低;能源结构、产业结构是造成区域性差异的主要因素。根据上述研究结果,提出实现CO2减排的政策建议。
Based on the calculation methodology and carbon emission coefficients adopted by the IPCC(2006),the paper calculates the amount of emission of carbon dioxide of the Yangtze river delta region from 1990 to 2009 and analyzes the total amount of carbon emission,intensity of carbon emission and per capita carbon emission in Jiangsu Province,Zhengjiang Province and Shanghai.It is found out that since 1990 the total amount of carbon dioxide and per capita carbon emission have been increasing while the intensity of carbon emission has been decreasing.However,there are sharp differences among regions:the total amount of carbon emission in Jiangsu province is higher than that of Zhejiang province while Shanghai has the lowest amount.In addition,the intensity of carbon emission in Jiangsu province is higher than that of Shanghai while Zhejiang province has the lowest intensity.The key reason of such phenomenon lies in energy structure and industry structure.On the basis of the research,the paper proposes suggestion on policy-making pertaining to deduction of carbon dioxide emission.
