摘要
采用问卷调查和个别访谈方法,编制高职院校教师胜任力问卷,量化高职院校教师的工作,为高职院校教师考核提供科学化、规范化的实践依据。
Adopting questionnaires and individual interview method, drawing up the competence question-naires for teachers of higher vocational colleges, quantize the work of teachers in higher vocational colleges so as to provide scientific standardized basis for the assessment of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
