摘要
虚拟企业与传统企业存在着明显的差别,本文主要试着从虚拟企业的产生、分类、经营形式、组织结构、管理方式等几个方面介绍虚拟企业。
Virtual enterprises are obviously different from traditional enterprises. From the emergence of vir-tual enterprise, classification, form of management, organization structure, management methods and other aspects, this paper gives analysis of the virtual enterprise.
