The article proposes that the teachers should understand and grasp the connotation and the char-acteristics of the ＂behavior -guidance＂ teaching method correctly. The authors, in the view of mechatron-ics front - line teachers, and combined with teaching cases, introduce basic knowledge and praetiee of ＂be-havior - guidance＂ teaching.
