摘要
前桥是汽车的重要部件,直接影响着汽车的动态特性。基于UG NX6.0,对汽车前桥零部件进行三维建模,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对前桥进行模态分析,通过兰索斯法(Block Lanczos),提取它们的前六阶固有频率和振型,分析其固有频率与外界激励和人体共振频率的耦合情况,为前轴的进一步动力学研究及改进提供了理论依据,同时也为实际试验提供了参考。
Being one of the key parts of motor vehicles, front bridge influents directly the dynamic characteristics of it. A three-dimensional modeling of front axle was established by UG NX6.0. The modal analysis was studied by ANSYS. The foregoing six natural frequencies and mode shapes of it were extracted by Block Lanczos method. The coupling condition was analyzed between the natural frequency, external stimulation and human resonance frequency. It provides not only a theoretical basis for further research and improvement in dynamics to the front axle, but a reference for the actual test.
