稀土元素对Mo基合金高温退火后性能的影响

摘要 通过比较分析的方法,研究了稀土元素La、Y生成弥散相La203和Y2O3作用于Mo基合金产生了强化的效果。由于La、Y的活泼性,使得这两种元素消除了合金中氧元素的不良影响,从而改善了合金在高热高变形下的效果,大大增强了Mo合金退火后的抗拉性和延展性。 Study on Rare-earth element by La:03 and Y203 as the disperse phase effect on Molybd-enum Alloy, Y2O3 and La2O3 effect as the dispersion-strengthening. Because the hot active elements of La,Y eliminate the blight of interstitial element oxygen. Indeed the high temperature hot strong Performance was improved. The alloy performance good Stretch Property and extensibility after elevated temperature annealing.
