摘要
研究了船用尾滚筒的工作原理及其受力形式,利用ANSYS软件对大型船用尾滚筒的结构强度及稳定性进行了分析及计算,得到了尾滚筒的应力和位移的分布规律,找出了尾滚筒结构的薄弱环节。同时在有限元分析的基础上,对尾滚筒结构的壳体和筋板的壁厚进行了优化,从而在满足尾滚筒受所应力变形大小和安全系数的前提下,有效地减轻了其总质量,降低了生产制造成本,并为今后尾滚筒的结构强度设计,提供了一定的参考。
Study the working principle of the marine stern roll and the form of working loads on it. Has used the ANSYS software to analyze the structural strength and stability of large marine stern roll, then obtains the stress and displacement distribution rule of the stern roll, find out the weak links. And it also accomplish the case and ribs of stern roll optimized on the basis of finite element analysis. To meet stress and displacement size and safety factor of stern roll, effectively reduce its weight and lower manufacturing costs, and can be reference to the structural strength design o f stem roller in the future.
