摘要
应用弹性力学、结构力学等经典力学知识,以20in-ZSB螺纹套管为研究对象,对其相关的连接性能进行力学分析及计算,计算内容包括:螺纹连接的自锁性、拧紧力扭矩、拧紧所需的圈数、抗拉强度、抗弯强度、抗内压强度等。计算结果表明:ZSB螺纹套管具有较强的抗挤压、抗拉伸、抗弯曲载荷的性能和装拆效率高等特点。计算方法和力学模型的建立,对今后特殊螺纹石油套管产品设计计算,有一定的参考价值。
In this paper, with the help of classical mechanics such as elasticity mechanics and structural mechanics, the theoretical calculation on the related connection performance of 20in-ZSB thread casing is carried out. The calculation includes: self-locking of threaded connection, force torque of tightening, the required cylinder number of tightening, resistance to tensile strength, resistance to flexural strength, resistance to internal pressure strength and so on. The calculated results show that: ZSB thread casing has a stronger extrusion performance, tensile, flexural load performance and a higher disassembly and assembly efficiency. Moreover, the calculation method and mechanical model are established, which have a certain reference value to the product design and calculation of the future of special thread oil casing.
