摘要
针对PZ26摩托车化油器过渡孔在加工中出现不良品的原因进行了分析,认为主要原因是冲窝点位置不准,并提出了工艺改进方案,解决了位置尺寸不稳定的问题,提高了产品的过渡性能和加工的一致性,并使生产效率得到提高,同时也为其他型号化油器的品质保证,提供了可借鉴的技术措施。
