用环缝石棉衬垫工艺代替药剂衬垫工艺研究

Research on the Use of Circular-seamed Asbestos Liner Technique Instead of Drug Liner Technique

提出用环缝石棉衬垫工艺工装来代替药剂衬垫工艺方案,该工艺在进行焊接工艺评定合格后,应用在压力容器产品上,结果明显提高了生产效率和焊接品质,取得了良好的经济效益。

This paper introduces the technique of circular-seamed asbestos liner as a substitute for the technique of drug liner. The former is applied to the production of pressure vessel after it has passed the welding technique test. It has been found that the production efficiency and welding quality have improved dramatically, and we have obtained satisfactory economic benefits since then.
