摘要
阐述了在学生公寓、机电类专业学生实训场所管理中,运用企业6S管理的理念和方法,加强实践育人,对强化高职学生职业能力的培养,作了有益的探索。
This paper discusses the management, which apply the idea and method of 6S Management to enhance practical education both in dormitory and training places for students of electromechanical majors, besides, the paper explores the ways of cultivating students＇ career competence.
