Technical Scheme Design of Geospatial Framework Construction： Example of Digital Taizhou

数字城市地理空间框架是城市信息化不可或缺的支撑和保障，本文以台州为实例，通过析解“数字台州”地理空间框架建设的技术方案设计，从地理空间总体框架、地理空间信息资源数据库建设、数据库关系、地理空间数据交换、共享平台建设和应用示范建设五方面进行阐述，旨在为数字城市地理空间框架建设与应用提供有效可行的经验和参考。

Geospatial framework of digital city provides indispensable support to the e - city. Taking Taizhou as an example, this paper makes an analysis of the technical scheme design of ＂ Digital Taizhou＂ geospatial framework construction, in terms of geospatial general framework, geospatial information resource database construction, database relation, geospatial data exchanging, sharing platform construction and application demonstration, in the hope that it will offer some effective and feasible experience and reference to the construction and application of digital city geospatial framework.
