Study on the Scientific and Technological Information Work System of the U.S. Armed Forces

随着形势与任务的发展和变革，测绘导航科技信息工作面临着新形势、新任务、新要求。本文针对美军科技信息的工作体制和运行机制，特别是管理体制、保障机制、政策法律环境等进行了全面分析和研究；在此基础上，借鉴美军的经验和做法，提出了加快和改进我国测绘导航科技信息工作的若干措施和建议。

With the situation development and mission change, the scientific and technological information work of surveying, mapping and navigation is confronted with new situation, mission and requirement. This paper made a comprehensive analysis and study on the system and operational mechanism of the scientific and technological information work of the U. S. Armed Forces, particularly its management system, support mechanism, political - legal environment and etc. On the basis of these analyses, the author drew on experience and adopted good practice from the U.S. Armed Forces, and put forward several measures and suggestions to promote and improve the surveying, mapping and navigation information work of our own.
