乙醛脱氢酶-1与头颈部恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要 乙醛脱氢酶-1(aldehyde dehydrogenase 1,ALDH1)是正常干细胞和肿瘤干细胞的标记物之一,ALDH1的异常表达与多种肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭、转移关系密切。近年来发现ALDH1也是头颈部鳞癌干细胞的标记之一,本文就此方面的研究作一概述。
