加强科技创新是实现水利现代化的根本保障。针对水利现代化的目标,讨论了水利科技创新的原则,探讨了水利科技创新的若干方向以及讨论了水利科技创新的环境问题。
It is a fundamental guarantee of realizing water resources modernization to strengthen technical and scientific innovation in water sector. Aiming at objectives of water resources modernization, the paper proposes principles of scientific and technical innovation in water sector, talk over about several directions of scientific and technical innovation as well as environment of technical innovation in water sector.
