摘要
从严格意义上讲,金砖国家不是高盛集团概念的产物,而是在某种程度上的俄罗斯外交努力和智慧的"成果"。正因为如此,俄罗斯对金砖国家,以及对自身的金砖外交有着深入的思考。可以说,金砖外交既是俄罗斯在21世纪的一次典型的"智慧外交",也是俄罗斯传统的大国均势外交思维的体现。对于俄罗斯的金砖外交思想和行动,值得加以关注。
Strictly speaking, the BRICS countries are not the ＂achievement＂ of the Goldman Sachs Group concept, but are closely linked with Russia＇s diplomatic efforts and wisdom. Therefore, Russia is equipped with its own profound thinking about BRICS countries and its diplomacy towards them. It can be said that Russia＇s diplomacy towards the BRICS countries is both a typical Russia＇s ＂wisdom diplomacy＂ in the 21st century, as well as a manifestation of Russia＇s traditional mentality of a great power - balance of power diplomacy. Russia＇s BRICS-diplomacy thoughts and actions are worth of our attention.
