摘要
三峡工程控制长江流域面积100万km^2,是开发利用长江水资源的关键工程。三峡工程的建设和运用,将有利于长江水资源的综合利用,在防洪、发电、航运、发展水产及旅游、改善环境、发展灌溉等方面发挥着积极的作用。
The Three Gorges Project controls 1 million km2 in the Yangtze River Basin and is vitally important to the development and utilization of the Yangtze River water resources. The construction and operation of the Three Gorges Project will benefit the comprehensive utilization of water resources in the Yangtze River Basin and will play important role in flood control, power generation, navigation, fish feeding, recreation, improvement of environment, irrigation and so on.
