美珍痔疮膏的毒性研究及药理学观察

Toxicity Research and Pharmacological Observation of Meizhen Zhichuang Ointment

目的观察美珍痔疮膏的毒性及药理学。方法取昆明种小鼠36只与日本大耳兔,对日本大耳兔进行急性毒性实验与皮肤刺激实验,对豚鼠进行皮肤过敏实验。结果美珍痔疮膏对家兔无毒性反应;美珍痔疮膏对家兔皮肤无明显刺激性;美珍痔疮膏对小鼠皮肤无过敏反应。结论美珍痔疮膏疗效好,使用方便,成本低,具有良好的开发前景。

Objective To observe the toxicity and pharmacology of meizhen zhichuaug ointment. Methods 36 Kunming mice and Japanese big ear rabbits were selected in the research. The Japanese big ear rabbits were used for the acute toxicity experiment and skin irritation experiment. The guinea pigs were used for skin allergy experiment. Results Meizhen zhichuang ointment did not induce toxicity reaction to the rabbits and had no apparent irritation to the skin of rabbits. The ointment did not bring allergic reaction to the skin of mice. Conclusion Meizhen zhichuang ointment is good in efficacy, simple in operation and low in cost. Hence,it deserves a good development prospect.
