尿与血清中HCG的化学发光酶免疫分析法比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的测血HCG和尿HCG与妊娠及滋养细胞疾病辅助诊断的关系。方法用化学发光法检测30例妊娠或滋养细胞疾病妇女血HCG和尿HCG的浓度。结果妊娠及滋养细胞疾病妇女血HCG和尿HCG的检测值均升高。结论血和尿HCG显著增高对妊娠及滋养细胞疾病妇女诊断有一致性,并且血HCG比尿HCG更准确更有临床意义。
