高校辅导员在承担思想政治理论课教学方面具有天然的优势：高学历优势明显；朋辈示范效应显著；心灵贴近学生；创新意识强。问题同样存在，解决思路：协调理顺管理机制是前提；保证和提升教学质量是关键：融通目标追求是归属。

College counselors have natural advantages when undertaking the teaching of ideological and polit ical theory course because their higher academic certificate is an obvious advantage, the peer demonstration effect is notable, their souls are closer to the students, their ideas to make innovations are also strong, but on the other hand, there are some problems existing in colleges. So we have these trains of thought： the prerequi site is the coordination of management mechanism, the crucial key is to assure and promote the quality of teaching, and the final goal is the accommodation of pursuit.
