Exploration to Individual Value Realization in Ideological and Political Education

近年来,思想政治教育个体价值的研究逐渐受到学者们的关注,随着我国改革开放的不断深入和人民生活水平的日益提高,人的个体需要日益加强,我们更应该关注思想政治教育的个体价值。从思想政治教育个体价值实现的现状入手,发现思想政治教育个体价值实现主要是在内化阶段和外化阶段存在问题,要使"灌输"顺利进行,应该使思想政治教育的语言更加通俗易懂和与时俱进,意识有效地转化为行动,应该改变思想政治教育的宣传方式,只有这样才能更好的实现思想政治教育的个体价值。

According to further open policy reform in China and the gradual rising of people livingstandard, research of individual value in ideological and political education is concerned by scholars recently. Individual needs become stronger and stronger, we should pay more attention to individual value in ideological and political education. This paper starts at the current state of individual value realization in ideological and political education, finding the existing problems in the first stage （internalization stage） andthe second stage （external stage） . To make the instillation successfully, language of ideological and political education should be more popular and keeping with the times, effectively translating into action, weshould change the ways of ideological and political education, and the only way to better achieve the indi-vidual value of ideological and political education.
