"吃油茶"是黔北地区民间流传已久的一种生活习俗,作为一种饮食文化,它的产生、发展、存在形态以及长期存在于人民群众生活中的原因和价值值得探究。而作为一种地域文化个性,油茶又蕴含了黔北独特的人文风情及文化心理,同时成为黔北地域文化的重要组成部分,对它的深入研究意义重大。
“Eating oil tea” is a living habit which has a long history in Northern Guizhou. As a dietculture, its birth, development, existent forms, the reason why it has been lasting for a long time and thevalue are worth researching. As a regional culture, it contains local conditions and social customs as well asthe psychology of social culture. It is an important part of local conditions and social customs of NorthernGuizhou, so doing a further research into “oil tea” does matter a lot.
