摘要
网损分摊中交叉项分摊问题是电力市场研究的难点问题之一。基于同胚映射和微元分析的数学原理,提出了一种新的网损交叉项分摊方法。通过分析分摊系数应该满足的基本性质建立了该问题的数学模型,推导出了模型函数的具体性质,在此基础上对目前常用的几种分摊方法进行了筛选。为了说明该方法的合理性,运用运筹学中的多目标决策方法对模型参数进行了优化,给出合理性的判断标准。将筛选后的方法与所提的方法进行了分析比较,结果表明所提出的方法比以前常用的方法具有更好的性质,是合理的、可行的。
The issue of sharing the cross item in loss allocation is one of the difficult problems in electric market research. This paper first proposes a new method based on the homeomorphism mapping and microelement method in mathematics principle. Then we obtain the mathematical model and some concrete properties by analyzing the basic properties fitted for this problem, on this basis, several methods for sharing being used is filtered. Further, to illustrate the rationality of the method, we optimize the model parameters using multi-objective decision in operations research; what is more, a judgement criterion of rationality is given. Finally, we compare the proposed method with the methods that have been filtered. The results show the proposed method is better than the methods in common use, and it is reasonable and feasible.
