摘要
结合新疆库车至阿克苏高速公路的实践,阐述了设计施工总承包的质量控制、计量控制,为公路建设项目设计施工总承包模式的推广提供借鉴。
Combined with the practice of Sinkiang Kuqa - Aksu Expressway, the quality control and measurement control of general contracting of design and construction are elaborated so as to provide references for promotion of general contracting model of design and construction of highway construction project.
