腹腔引流导管在中量以上胸腔积液中的应用研究

The Applied Research of Peritoneal Drainage Catheter in the Moderate or More Amount of Pleural Effusion

目的:探讨腹腔引流导管在中量以上胸腔积液中的应用。方法:以28例不同病因所致中量以上的胸腔积液患者为研究对象,所有患者均应用腹腔引流导管行胸腔闭式引流。结果:28例患者均一次置管成功,3例导管阻塞用肝素稀释液3ml冲管后再通;2例导管脱落重新置管;1例出现气胸经健侧卧位引流管抽气后治愈。恶性胸液患者经导管胸腔内注入高聚金葡素或顺铂,结合原发病的综合治疗,所有患者经3～10d置管,胸腔积液引流彻底。结论:腹腔引流导管闭式引流是一种安全、可靠、损伤小的方法,值得临床进一步推广和应用。

Objective:To Explore the application of peritoneal drainage catheter in the moderate or more amount of pleural effusion.Methods:28 cases of different causes in the moderate or more amount of pleural effusion were the object of study,all patients applied peritoneal drainage catheter closed thoracic drainage.Results:28 patients were first catheter successful,three cases of catheter obstruction with heparin diluent 3 ml red tube recanalization,the catheter off and placed again of two cases,1 patient pneumothorax contralateral supine drainage pipe exhaust and after cure.Patients with malignant pleural effusion chest cavity through the catheter to inject high poly staphylococci,or cisplatin,combined with the comprehensive treatment of the primary disease,all patients by 3 to 10 days of catheterization,and thorough drainage of pleural effusion.Conclusion:With safe,reliable,little injury,closed drainage of the abdominal catheter is worthy of further promotion and application.
