院系文化是院系对外展示形象、提升品牌,对内凝聚人心、振奋精神,构建共同价值观的重要载体。院系文化建设是校园文化建设的重要基础,也是提升高校办学软实力的重要途径。在教学软环境视域下对加强院系文化建设的主要思路进行初步探讨。
