西乐葆在下颌第三磨牙拔除术后镇痛中的应用

Application of Celebrex in the pain control in patients treated by extraction of mandibular third molar

比较西乐葆与芬必得在下颌第三磨牙拔除术后疼痛控制中的有效性和安全性。纳入231例下颌第三磨牙拔除的患者,随机分为2组,分别服用西乐葆胶囊和芬必得胶囊。结果显示2种药物均有镇痛效果(P<0.05);西乐葆组与芬必得组的镇痛效果在给药后2、24、48、72 h均没有差别(P>0.05);西乐葆组腹痛和腹泻发生率低于芬必得组(P<0.05)。表明西乐葆与芬必得的镇痛效果相当,但西乐葆的不良反应发生率低于芬必得。

The effect and safety of Celebrex and Fenbid in the pain control in patients treated by mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction were observed in 231 cases. The results showed that the two drugs had analgesic effect（ P 〈 0.05 ） , no difference in the analgesic effect was found between Celebrex group（n = 117） and Fenbid group（n = 114） 2, 24, 48 and 72 h after administration（P 〉0.05）. Abdominal pain and diarrhea rates in Celebrex group were lower than those in Fenbid group（ P 〈 0.05 ）.
