摘要
在能效测试和锅炉运行现状分析的基础上,对一台SZL15-1.25-AII型锅炉热效率偏低进行了分析。针对锅炉运行过程中存在的排烟温度高、炉渣可燃物含量高、受热面结垢及水处理工作不足等问题,通过对锅炉的给煤装置改造、冷凝水回收利用、风室改造、水处理设备改造及加强管理人员和锅炉操作人员培训等措施,使锅炉热效率提高8.82%,达到锅炉经济运行与节能的效果。
Energy efficiency on the basis of tests and operation analysis of boiler, on a SZL15-1.25-AII lower boiler efficiency were analyzed. For boiler runs process in the exists of row smoke temperature high, and slag may burning real content high, and heated surface scaling and the water treatment work insufficient problem, by on boiler of to coal device reconstruction, condensation water recovery using, wind room reconstruction and water treatment device reconstruction, and the strengthened management personnel and boiler operations personnel training, makes boiler thermal efficiency improving 8.82%, reached effect of boiler economic runs and energy-saving.
