不同阴极保护方案在大型站场地下油气管网中的应用与对比

Application and Comparison of Different Cathodic Protection Scheme in the Oil and Gas Pipeline Network in a Large Space Station

摘要 油、气站场和大型储备库地下钢制管道及金属构筑物的阴极保护较长输管道要复杂的多,本文结合工程案例并依据投运后的实测实量数据,对多种保护方案进行了对比分析,提出站场阴极保护与相关专业特别是接地装置的关联度很高,制定保护方案时,要结合以往项目,在充分调研、评估的基础上进行,方案应经相关方会审认可后方可实施,使其既达到阴极保护的目的,又要经济合理并节能。 The cathodic protection of oil and gas station, the steel pipelines in the underground large storage and metal structure is more complex than the long pipelines. This paper, combining with engineering example and according to the effect of real measured data, compares and analyses the many kinds of protection scheme, proposing the station cathodic protection and related profession, especially grounding device of high correlation. According to the previous projects, designers formulate protection scheme based on the thorough investigation and evaluation. After examined by related department, workers should implement the plan, making it not only reach the purpose of cathodic protection but also reasonable economy together with energy saving.
