护生在静脉药物配置中心实习的实践及思考

Practice and Reflections of Nursing Interns in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services

目的探讨护理专业学生在静脉药物配置中心进行实习的必要性。方法方便性抽样选取108名在某驻军医院实习的护生108名,按分层抽样法将其随机分为观察组和对照组各54名,观察组进行静脉药物配置中心实习,对照组不进行该中心实习。比较两组护生实习结束时有关药物配置基础知识的测试成绩,并通过问卷调查法和信息反馈法调查观察组护生对实习的反馈。结果两组护生对常用药物配置基础知识的测试成绩差异有统计学意义(t=23.4473,P<0.01),观察组护生得分显著高于对照组;观察组护生对静脉药物配置中心实习感到满意者占88.88%。结论静脉药物配置中心实习有助于夯实护生的药学知识,规范临床用药,提高其药物配置的相关能力,使其较快地适应护士角色,保障临床用药安全。

Objective To discuss the necessity of practicing of nursing students in pharmacy intravenous admixture services （PIVAS）. Methods By convenience sampling, 108 nursing interns in a military hospital were randomly divided into observational group（n：54） and control group（n：54） by stratified sampling method. The nursing interns in the observational group practiced in PIVAS accepted the examination about the basic knowledge of pharmacy. Meanwhile, the feedbacks during their practicing were investigated through questionnaires and information feedback survey. Results Significant differences of the testing results on the basic knowledge of commonly used drugs＇ configuration（t=23. 3373,P〈0.01）. The scores of nursing interns were significantly higher in the observational group than in the control group. The nursing interns who were satisfied with their practice in PIVAS accounted for 88.88% in the observational group. Conclusion Nursing interns＇ practicing in PIVAS helps reinforce nursing students＇ pharmacological knowledge, standardize the clinical medicine, improve the drug dispensing capacity for the early adaptation to nursing role and ensure the safety of clinical medication.
