未婚受孕行无痛人工流产患者认知状态的调查

Cognitive Status of Unmarried Pregnant Women undergoing Painless Induced Abortion:An Investigation Stuty

目的了解未婚受孕行无痛人工流产术患者对人工流产术相关知识的掌握情况。方法方便性抽样对2010年1-12月在德清县中医院行无痛人工流产术的未婚受孕妇女480例进行人工流产术有关知识的问卷调查。结果 480例未婚受孕行无痛人工流产术者中,青少年未婚受孕438人,占91.25%;了解无痛人工流产相关并发症的43人,占8.96%;不了解无痛人工流产相关并发症的243人,占50.63%。结论未婚受孕者特别是青少年对无痛人工流产相关知识匮乏,应采取多种形式开展性道德教育、青春期卫生保健,以维护青少年生殖健康。

Objective To investigate the knowledge awareness of painless induced abortion among unmarried pregnant patients. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 480 unmarried pregnant patients undergoing painless induced abortion from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2010. Results Of the 480 cases of unmarried pregnancy, 438 （91. 25%） cases were teenagers, 43 （8. 96%o） cases understood the related complications of painless induced abortion and 243 （50.63 % ） cases were unfamiliar with the related complications of painless induced abortion. Conclusion Unmarried pregnant patients,especially the young people,don＇t have enough knowledge about painless induced abortion. Thus we should take various ways to carry out sexual moral education and adolescence health care, so as to maintain adolescent reproductive health.
