摘要
近年来帕金森病(PD)的发病率日益增多。PD发病的危险因素受人注意。本文就与化合物1-甲基-4-苯基-丙氧哌啶结构相似的造成PD的可能毒物,以及PD发病机制作一简单介绍。详细介绍工业职业和环境因素如铅、锰污染等重金属导致PD的危险因素,以引起人们的注意。
The incidence ofParkinson' s disease (PD) rises rapidly aRer 50 years ot age, wnlcn has oeen reported in younger age. Various risk factors have been associated with PD, including living conditions and occupational chemical exposures. As we know MPTP (1-methy1-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine) and some chemicals, that is similar to MPTP, induce clinical, pathologic and biochemical changes similar to PD. The various pesticides industrial exposure and some meals (eg. copper lead, manganese) have also associated with the possible development of PD. As manganese intoxication in humans usually occurs via inhalation, more studies are required using the respiratory route of administration, given the proven neurotoxic effects of manganese and the prospect of worldwide MMT usage, this metal should be considered a new environmental risk factors producing PD as well as chronic intoxication with lead-and sulfur compounds.
