脑内微出血(CMBs)在脑血管疾病中扮演着重要的角色。然而,对于CMBs与各种疾病的相关性研究及是否应作为临床抗凝或溶栓治疗的禁忌证等研究尚少。本文将对CMBs的研究现状及临床价值加以综述。

In recent years, cerebral microbleeds are paid more and more attention clinically and play a greater role in cerebrovascular disease. However, there are few literatures on the correlation of cerebral microbleeds with various diseases and whether it is the contraindication to anticoagulation or thrombolytic therapy. The research status and clinical value of cerebral microbleeds were summarized.
