摘要
目前脑血管病已成为危害中老年人健康和生命的主要疾病之一,脑血管病与动脉粥样硬化(AS)密切相关。AS发病机制尚未完全阐明,目前认为与免疫炎性反应有关,CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞作为一种免疫负性调节细胞,具有明显的抗AS作用。本文对CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞与颈动脉粥样硬化相关性的研究进展进行综述,为CAS及脑血管病的防治提供新的理论依据。
Cerebrovascular disease has become one of the major diseases which hazard the elderly health and life. Cerebrovascular disease is closely related to atherosclerosis（AS）. The pathogenesis of AS has not been completely elucidated. AS and immune inflammatory are correlation. As a negative immunity regulator cell, CD4^＋CD25^＋regulatory T cell has obvious resistance effect on AS. This paper focused on the review of the correlation between CD4^＋CD25^＋ regulatory T cell and carotid atherosclerosis, providing a new theoretical basis for the prevention and control of CAS and cerebrovascular diseases.
