属性约简贯穿知识发现的整个过程,对知识发现的结果和精度都有很大影响.以信息理论为基础,提出了信息系统相容性和属性约简若干严格的数学概念,对信息系统的条件属性进行了严密的分类,且给出了一些判别法则,以及信息系统相容性判别算法和具有线性计算复杂度求极小属性约简的算法.

Attribute reduction runs through the whole process of knowledge descovery. It has a great effect on both the outcome and accuracy of knowledge discovery. Some strict mathematical concepts, such as information system compatibility and attribute reduction is proposed based on information theory, and conditional attributes of information systems are categorized. Moreover, This paper gives a few discriminant criteria, discriminant algorithms of system information compatibility and algorithms whose linear computation cost differentiates from minimal attribute reduction.
