中西部地区“新农保”推进问题与对策研究——基于安徽省金寨县与休宁县的调研

Study on the Implementation of "New Farmer's Insurance" in Central and Western Regions:A Survey Based on Jinzhai County and Xiuning County of Anhui Province

农村养老保险体系作为社会保障体系一个重要的组成部分,2009年"新农保"制度推行以来,中西部地区在完善养老保险体系中取得一定成绩,也存在一定的问题。本文通过实地调研,全面地分析了中西部地区"新农保"推行的现状、问题,并给出政策建议。

Rural endowment insurance system,as an important part of the social security system,has made certain achievements in perfecting old-age insurance system in central and western regions since its introduction in 2009,but there exit some problems.Through field research,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the status of the implementation of ＂new farmer＇s insurance＂ in central and western regions,and gives some policy recommendations.
