摘要
本文以高职青年英语教师职业承诺调查和访谈为基础,探析这一群体职业承诺偏低的原因,并提出加强职业心理教育、做好职业生涯规划、提升职业能力素质、减轻教师工作压力、改善教师经济待遇、提升教师社会地位等举措。
Having carried out a questionnaire and various interviews, the author analyzed the factors that caused the low career commitment of young English teachers in higher vocational colleges, thereby put forward six proposals to raise it, namely, enhancing professional psychology education, making teachers' career planning, improving their vocational ability, reducing their working pressure and increasing their pay, raising their social status.
