面向中小企业的财务管理实践教学改革

On Reform of Practice Teaching in Applied Financial Management Orientated to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

实践教学已经成为财务管理教学中重要的组成部分,但目前财务管理实践教学没有考虑中小企业财务管理的特点,难以满足中小企业对财务管理人才的需要。本文分析了中小企业财务管理的特点,针对财务管理实践教学中存在的问题,围绕中小企业财务管理岗位实务要求,从实践内容、实践方法、实践考核等方面进行了相应改革,旨在提高财务管理实践教学效果,更好地适应中小企业财务管理的需要。

Practice teaching has become an important part of financial management teaching,however,without considering features of small and medium-sized enterprises,the present practice teaching can not meet the need for financial management talents.According to the problems of practice teaching in financial management,this paper analyzes the characteristics of financial management in small and medium-sized enterprise,regarding practice request for post of financial management in small and medium-sized enterprises,makes some reforms from practice content,practice method,practice evaluation,and so on to improve the practice teaching effect in financial management to better adapt to the needs for the financial management in small and medium-sized enterprises.
