摘要
本文作者分析了传统的微电子工艺实践教学存在的不足,构建了微电子工艺实践教学网络平台。该网络教学平台包括课程信息、研究型教学、网络自主学习等功能模块。网络教学平台能帮助学生全面地掌握微电子工艺实践教学内容,有效地实现了教师的主导作用与学生主体作用的最佳组合,提高了课程的教学质量与效益。将网络教学平台用于开展研究型教学,有助于创新人才的培养。
In this paper,the author analyzed the disadvantages of traditional practical teaching of microelectronic manufacturing process and established the network teaching platform in the practical course of microelectronic manufacturing process.The network teaching platform includes three functional modules：course information,research-oriented teaching and self-reliant learning.With the help of network teaching platform,the students can acquire comprehensive knowledge of practical course about microelectronic manufacturing process.Using the network teaching platform for research-oriented teaching is helpful to train innovative talents.
