摘要
在间歇反应釜中以硫酸氢钠为催化剂,乙醇和乙酸为原料催化合成乙酸乙酯。在消除内外扩散影响的前提下,以初始速率法回归动力学方程。在催化剂过200目分子筛,实验转速为200 r/min条件下,反应内外扩散可以消除。在实验范围内获得动力学方程参数为:活化能33609.35 J.mol-1,指前因子k0=24874.29 mol-1.L·min-1,反应动力学方程为:-rA=(0.0657x-0.00746)×2487.29×e-33609.35/RT×(CACB-CECW/3.51)。
With sodium bisulfate as catalyst, ethanol and acetic acid as raw material, ethyl acetate in batch reactor was catalytic synthesized. After eliminating the internal and external diffusions, the dynamics equation was investigated used initial rate method regression. In a 200 mesh molecular sieve catalyst, the rotating at 200 r/min conditions, both inside and outside the reaction diffusion can be eliminated. In the range of this experiment, the kinetic parameters were that the obtained pre - exponential factor k0 in the kinetic equation was 24874.29 moL- 1 . L·min - 1, the activation energy Ea was 33609.35 J· moL-1 and the kinetic equation -rA = (0. 0657x -0. 00746) x 2487.29 x e-3369 35/RT X ( CA CB CE Cw/3.51 ).
