摘要
针对目前国内用于污水处理厂氧化沟工艺回流污泥轴流泵普遍存在电机电流超负荷现象,通过实验测试和相关理论分析得出产生该现象有两大主要原因,其一是氧化沟液流存在剧烈湍流,其二是泵吸入池有较多不对称旋涡,并提出在流道内设置导流板和吸入池增设减涡板的方法来消除该现象。
In order to eliminate the shaft flowing pump current overload which was used in delivering oxidized sludge coming from the oxidation ditch in sewage plants, it's the common difficult question which lay in mostly sewage treatment plants in China. After having done some test experiments and analyzing datas of shaft flowing pump theories, two influen- cing factors were found out that one was turbulence in oxidation ditch, and another was asmmetrical eddy in the pump suction ditch. Two settlements about eliminating it were proposed one was setting a bunch of guiding flow board in the sew- age channel, and the other was installing a certain amount of eliminating asymmetrical eddy board in the pump suction ditch.
